📋 Description

• Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads • Conduct conversations with people who have requested information about life insurance coverage • Learn product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling through training • Complete licensing process alongside sales training if not already licensed • Apply feedback and maintain consistent performance • Earn through uncapped commission and performance-based incentives

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. residents only • Background check required • Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one • Ability to hold a real conversation • Ability to take direction and feedback well • Consistency day after day • No prior sales experience required • Must work with warm, inbound leads • No cold calling
