📋 Description

• Establish best-in-class processes to evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities • Ideate and develop business cases aligned with BU strategy • Drive M&A input and strategic partnerships to expand market access • Fill product development funnel and manage NPD process through pre-commercial planning • Lead multiple development programs to enable growth and profitability • Monitor market trends and define actionable gaps in offerings • Collaborate with product line management and sales to ensure competitive advantage • Support pricing strategies and portfolio management • Develop and execute market development plans to increase penetration and share • Use market intelligence to forecast opportunities and inform strategy • Create targeted offerings for high-growth areas and clients • Drive accelerated commercial launches and cross-selling initiatives • Formulate and maintain comprehensive BU marketing plans • Participate in external events to strengthen strategic client relationships • Establish scalable lead follow-up processes to ensure timely execution

• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proven expertise in business and market development with commercial impact • Ability to influence and collaborate across complex, global teams • Deep understanding of sales and service in chemical manufacturing • Comprehensive market knowledge of paper chemicals for strategic decision-making • Demonstrated ability to produce insights and analyses for strategic alignment.
