📋 Description

• Provide field leadership for complex concrete construction projects serving Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, and Data Center facilities across the United States • Oversee field operations on assigned projects and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution • Lead one or more project teams • Coordinate manpower and equipment resources • Identify unsafe working environments, correct unsafe conditions, and act as Safety Coach • Complete daily reporting, JHAs, and toolbox talks • Study construction drawings and identify errors before they become problems • Advance jobs safely and productively while staying within budget • Communicate expectations with teams and clients during on-site supervision • Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment • Manage deliveries and schedules to avoid delays • Supervise subcontractors, foremen, craftsmen, and field crews • Utilize the ExakTime time clock tool • Ensure final products meet or exceed scope-of-work quality requirements • Lay out work based on drawings and survey points • Build and maintain project schedules with the General Superintendent and Project Manager • Communicate schedule problems and changes internally and externally • Participate in monthly financial accountability meetings and track cost to complete

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel Nationally 90% of time • 8+ years of experience in concrete construction, with 3+ years spent as a Superintendent • 1+ year of experience on Mission Critical/Data Center projects • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred • Valid driver’s license • Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s) • Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving (for any driver) • Ability to pass drug screening • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
