📋 Description
• Code transactions • Manage accounts receivable (A/R) • Manage accounts payable (A/P) • Complete reconciliations • Prepare payroll • Complete similar weekly and month-end accounting processes for clients • Collaborate with a team of accounting professionals to deliver accurate, timely, and complete financial statements to clients • Work from home while coordinating with distributed accounting professionals
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Proficiency working in QuickBooks Online • Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team • Reside in a state where the company is established: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota • Comfortable working within multiple technology platforms throughout the day • Accurate, precise, and thorough approach to work • Continuous learning mindset • Ability to recognize when help is needed and ask for it
