📋 Description

• Perform managerial accounting and financial reporting for business owners • Take full ownership of client accounts, from daily transactions to financial analysis • Work with accounting tools including QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, Sage, and others • Provide tailored accounting outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses • Work exclusively with English-speaking clients and systems • Collaborate with team members and receive guidance from experienced managers in Ukraine and the USA • Support accounting work across manufacturing, trading, services, and other industries

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive • Excellent English communication skills • Experience working with clients directly • Familiarity with US GAAP and SMEs • Demonstrated project management skills • Experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus • Proficiency or certification in QuickBooks / Xero is a plus • Experience with 3rd-party applications such as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc. is a plus
