📋 Description

• Act as primary day-to-day leaders for analytical and business development support • Manage pipelines and prepare new business deliverables for C-suite leaders of corporate clients and prospects • Perform financial modeling, payment process analysis, deal audits, and bookings • Conduct industry research and prepare presentations, documents, relationship reviews, new business pitch materials, RFP responses, and onboarding plans • Interact with Payments Advisors, Market Leads, and Line of Business Partners supporting strategic payment engagements • Own entire transactions when applicable and interface directly with clients in presentation, negotiation, and delivery of payment solutions • Generate ideas and analytical materials for new client meetings • Coordinate with support partners to obtain research and subject matter expertise • Work with Fintech partners to solve complex technology solution challenges and facilitate integrations • Build client industry expertise and collaborate with Product & Innovation to launch product and solution expansions • Develop primary relationships with select clients and help define strategy and solution roadmaps to drive revenue • Build and enhance reporting and analytical mechanisms with the data and analytics team using Tableau, Salesforce, and industry tools • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with KeyBank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Technical Sciences (Computer Science, Engineer, Physics) (preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in business, finance, technology, or relevant fields (required) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau • Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis • Ability to quickly absorb and leverage developing technology and commercial cash management products and services • Understanding of Fintech, emerging payments methods, and financial operations • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Excellent organization, communication, and research skills • Strong team player; motivated self-starter; manages to deadlines • Desire to be part of a close-knit group operating in an intensive commercial environment • Financial modeling and strong analytical acumen • Ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets and industry trends • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Competitive drive to win and high degree of curiosity • Ability to comply with KeyBank policies and procedures and conduct business ethically

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range of $63,000.00–$96,000.00 annually • Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives • Benefits for which this position is eligible (specific benefits linked in posting) • Flexible options in circumstances where roles can be performed effectively in a mobile environment
