📋 Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Data Center projects including labor, materials, equipment, and overheads • Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to determine requirements • Provide estimates based on unit pricing, historical data, and project-specific conditions • Conduct site visits to assess site conditions, constraints, and feasibility • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project scopes and requirements • Engage with clients and stakeholders to review project scopes and address any concerns • Maintain accurate records of estimates, project bids, and relevant documentation • Prepare and present cost reports, risk assessments, and value engineering suggestions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong understanding of Data Center services – low voltage, fiber interconnect, and wireless inbuilding solutions • Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite • Proficiency with Bluebeam and AccuBid • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites or inter-company meetings as needed
