📋 Description

• Develop accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for commercial HVAC • Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare estimates • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and vendors • Participate in internal quote reviews to verify pricing accuracy • Conduct site walks, pre-bid meetings, and field verification for larger projects • Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience/training • At least five (5) years’ experience with HVAC/R Mechanical Service Provider in an estimating capacity preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and applicable software systems. • Proficient with construction estimating software.
