• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, 8+ years preferred. • Must have concrete estimating experience. • Quality focused Tilt up, commercial flatwork experience preferred. • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. • Strong budget and documentation skills. • Vendor relationship management experience. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook plus Adobe. • Working knowledge of Construction Scheduling. • Ability to develop and manage teams. • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, strong decision-making skills. • Possess a current drivers license. • Travel < 25%; potential travel to meetings and on site as needed. • Must pass physical exam. • Must be a US Citizen.
