📋 Description

• Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and narratives. • Participate in client and internal project kick-off meetings. • Develop and submit RFIs and solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. • Perform electrical quantity take-offs using OST, Sage, BIM, and other estimating software. • Apply appropriate unit pricing using historical data, vendor quotes, and market benchmarks. • Conduct comparative cost analyses to identify opportunities for budget alignment. • Maintain strong, positive working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Prepare organized, standardized estimate reports for client and internal use. • Deliver estimates and follow up with clients in a timely manner. • Support closeout documentation efforts as needed. • Contribute to improvements in electrical estimating processes and best practices. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with building electrical systems preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with OST, or similar estimating software preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
