📋 Description

• Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations • Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software • Assist with onboarding new clients • Collaborate with the bookkeeping team • Ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation • Work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive tax preparation services

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in tax preparation • Experience preparing tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations • Strong experience with ProConnect • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online • Strong experience with Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Suite • Availability 5 days a week during core hours, 9–5 EST • Detail-oriented, calm, and adaptable • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment • Client-focused service orientation
