📋 Description

• Translate business questions into clear, credible analysis • Help KinderCare understand the value of initiatives before, during, and after delivery • Partner with at least one product manager or business leader, owning those relationships with guidance from the manager or Principal Analyst • Work closely with corporate business partners to ensure they stay within budget and forecast • Use analytics to understand and communicate underlying causes of variances • Present variance analyses to senior staff in a simple, concise, and easy-to-consume format • Challenge leaders to think strategically about team structure and resource allocation in pursuit of organizational priorities • Build strong analytical habits, including defining success metrics before evaluating results and applying evidence-based skepticism

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of analytical experience • Foundational SQL skills • Comfort working with messy, incomplete, real-world data requiring judgment • Curiosity about the business behind the data • Ability to develop foundational instincts around measurement discipline, experimental thinking, and evidence-based decision making • Ability to take ownership of relationships and work • Hunger to grow in an environment that rewards craft • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to interact with various levels of management and develop strong working relationships • Willingness to explore how AI tools can accelerate and improve analytical work • Openness to integrating AI tools into day-to-day work
