• Perform advanced data preparation, analysis, and reporting supporting OU Health's quality improvement efforts • Evaluate data integrity and enhance analytic processes • Partner with quality and operational leaders to translate data into meaningful insights • Collect, validate, and maintain accurate datasets supporting quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives • Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytic products • Improve data processes using business intelligence, statistical, or analytic tools • Participate in regulatory readiness and quality reporting activities • Interpret and apply measure specifications accurately • Partner with stakeholders on effective use, interpretation, and decision-making based on analytic outputs • Interpret performance trends, conduct deeper analyses, and identify improvement opportunities • Translate analytic findings into actionable insights for quality and operational teams • Recommend enhancements to data structures, analytic processes, and reporting standards • Monitor industry trends, national quality programs, and analytic best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field required • Level II: At least three (3) years of related experience required • Level III: At least five (5) years of related experience required • Intermediate healthcare data analysis and visualization skills using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau (Level II) • Ability to optimize data workflows and design moderately complex analytic logic (Level II) • Strong analytical reasoning and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Expert-level analytic, statistical, and visualization competencies using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau (Level III) • Deep understanding of healthcare quality measures, regulatory programs, and performance improvement methodologies (Level III) • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication abilities, including interaction with senior executives (Level III) • Ability to develop sophisticated analytic solutions and lead systemwide initiatives (Level III) • Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment • No license, certification, or registration required
