📋 Description

• Lead new site and program launches from kickoff through post-opening support • Manage implementation timelines, financial details, contracts, reporting, billing coordination, and key deliverables • Build trusted client partnerships and provide proactive guidance • Support client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and program growth • Manage contracts for new sites, renewals, expansions, and alternative funding programs • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations on RFPs and new business opportunities • Connect clients with internal teams to ensure communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution of commitments • Balance high-volume site and summer camp launches with renewals, contract execution, mid-year openings, and ongoing client support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or related field or equivalent professional experience preferred • Experience managing business-to-business (B2B) client relationships • Childcare industry or related field experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate difficult client consultations and human relations matters with integrity, professionalism, and respect • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to interpret, communicate, and implement organizational policies and procedures • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to quickly learn new software • Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
