📋 Description

• Lead a team of project managers responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives across the organization • Drive consistency in how projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered • Own team performance management and development • Maintain a real-time view of portfolio health across active projects • Lead delivery on select high-visibility initiatives directly • Establish consistent project intake, scoping, and prioritization processes • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments • Partner with Client Success and Implementation teams on client-impacting projects

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience • At least 2 years in a people management or team lead role overseeing other PMs in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional projects with competing priorities • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Hands-on proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent • Proven ability to manage upward and laterally • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or SAFe certification is a plus • Experience with AI-enabled project management tools is strongly preferred • Banking, fintech, or financial services industry experience is a plus
