📋 Description

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality • Complete quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified • Conduct on-site safety activities, including safety audits • Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and Dematic installation standards • Report schedules and resources on site to the project manager and/or customer • Assist with training contract labor and subcontractors in installing Dematic and other material handling equipment • Write concise, clear, and complete trip reports according to Dematic procedures and required timelines • Identify problems and suggest appropriate solutions for non-complex situations • Travel to customer locations up to 100% of the time and remain on call as required

🎯 Requirements

• Ten years (minimum) experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment • Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required • Associate's Degree preferred • Experience with quality assurance • OSHA 10 required • OSHA 30 preferred • Able to lift at least 50 lbs • Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts • Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers, data base functions and communications • Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required • Possess a valid driver's license • Willing to travel 100% to customer locations, including travel on short notice and being on call • Able to push, pull, crawl, squat and walk around large construction sites in various climates and conditions
