📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of LLM-powered chatbot architectures, including agent-based workflows, tool integrations, and context/memory strategies • Ensure high-quality, reliable, and cost-efficient AI systems • Define technical direction and system architecture while promoting scalability, maintainability, and engineering best practices • Identify and mitigate technical risks • Own delivery execution by structuring complex initiatives, aligning timelines, and coordinating engineering efforts • Mentor and support engineers, provide technical guidance, unblock challenges, and foster a high-performing engineering culture • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions • Contribute to product roadmap, prioritization, and continuous user-experience improvement • Explore and validate approaches in agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI system optimization • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building LLM-powered applications, including agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and tool/function calling • Solid understanding of improving reliability, evaluating outputs, and optimizing AI system quality • Proficiency with LangChain and preferably LangGraph • Strong software engineering background as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer • Ability to design scalable systems from scratch, including APIs and backend architectures • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, guiding technical decisions, and structuring work in ambiguous environments • Experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives • Ability to break down problems, prioritize effectively, and ensure consistent execution • Strong product mindset and ability to identify gaps, propose structured solutions, and make decisions with incomplete information • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI systems and align technical decisions with business goals • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot (nice to have) • Familiarity with advanced AI topics such as evaluation frameworks, guardrails, cost-performance optimization, latency reduction, and long-term memory strategies (nice to have)
