⢠Support official Government travel for FRTIB end to end, including planning, authorizations, reservations, vouchers, approval workflows, reimbursement processing, reporting, training, and electronic travel-system support ⢠Assist employees with official Government travel planning and anticipated-cost estimates ⢠Prepare, review, route, and monitor travel authorizations and vouchers ⢠Verify accounting codes, funding lines, documentation, justifications, fares, per diem limits, and reimbursable expenses ⢠Make, modify, and cancel airfare, lodging, and rental-car reservations ⢠Provide functional and technical support for E2 Solutions and associated travel systems ⢠Troubleshoot system errors, workflow issues, and travel-system integration problems ⢠Create, configure, and maintain travel workflows, approval-routing paths, protected user roles, and permissions ⢠Support the Agency's transition from E2 Solutions to Go.gov, including workflow mapping, configuration, testing, readiness, and implementation ⢠Deliver virtual training, webinars, remote desk-side support, and limited in-person classroom training ⢠Explain Federal Travel Regulation and Agency requirements to users ⢠Extract travel-system information and prepare travel, travel-card, management, compliance, and audit-support reports ⢠Maintain records, apply quality-control procedures, and protect Government Furnished Information and Property
⢠Minimum of 3 years of federal agency travel-program experience ⢠Demonstrated experience processing federal travel authorizations and vouchers ⢠Strong working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation ⢠Experience using E2 Solutions or another federal electronic travel system ⢠Experience assisting federal employees and approving officials with travel matters ⢠Experience providing travel-policy guidance, customer support, or user training ⢠Experience creating or maintaining travel workflows and approval-routing paths ⢠Ability to interpret travel regulations and apply them to specific travel situations ⢠Experience reviewing travel expenses, documentation, accounting information, and reimbursement requests ⢠Ability to comply with Agency policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and operational protocols ⢠Direct experience administering E2 Solutions preferred ⢠Experience with Go.gov implementation, testing, configuration, training, or operations preferred ⢠Experience supporting international or high-visibility Government travel preferred ⢠Experience with Government travel cards, including Individually Billed Accounts and Centrally Billed Accounts preferred ⢠Experience extracting travel data and preparing Government reports preferred ⢠Applicants must already have a favorably completed federal background investigation that FRTIB can verify and accept ⢠Minimum acceptable investigation is a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) ⢠Additional fingerprinting, credentialing, and onboarding steps may be required ⢠Employment is contingent on final Government approval ⢠U.S. citizenship is required since the role supports the federal government
⢠Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule ⢠Remote work within the continental United States ⢠Occasional travel for in-person meetings or training ⢠Limited in-person classroom training when requested by the Agency ⢠Exempt employment classification
