📋 Description

• Support the strategy and vision established by the CEO across operations and finance • Oversee operations and finance, partnering with the CEO and External Finance Consultant on sales forecasting and investment-capital budgeting • Manage payroll for full-time employees and Offshore Team members • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash • Develop and maintain a weekly cash forecast on a rolling 12-month cycle with the External Financial Consultant • Solve operational complexity and build business efficiencies • Manage the Director, Operations and Company Wide Administrator, a full-time contract employee • Manage expenses to achieve growth and profitability targets • Develop financial-management tools and organizational visibility for department management and tracking • Monitor performance using HubSpot dashboards and prepare detailed updates and forecasts • Translate leadership-team vision into business cases and financial models • Oversee month-end, quarterly-close, and bookkeeping functions • Foster a growth-oriented, encouraging environment while maintaining accountability to company policies, procedures, and performance standards • Provide operational support and analysis to leaders • Partner on annual budgeting, department-level and company-wide budgets, forecasting, and weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports • Manage onboarding, hiring, and offboarding of new Knack employees • Manage the annual performance-review cycle and company-wide completion of mandatory training
