• 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience • Channel partner understanding with familiarity working with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers • Relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities • Balanced approach to understanding partner needs and clients' objectives • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets • Organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously • Clear communicator who writes professional emails and leads productive calls/videos • CRM proficiency with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms • Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
