📋 Description

• Enable teams by providing the environment and knowledge to run a robust quality program • Perform software tests where appropriate • Shift quality left in the development process • Automate tests and improve key quality metrics • Guide the software engineering team on its continuous improvement journey • Enable engineering teams to thoroughly test their own code through tooling, piloting, advocacy, and education • Demonstrate continual, meaningful software quality progress • Build software that delivers customer loyalty experiences for millions of customers of leading brands • Deliver software more predictably, reliably, and with higher quality

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience as a software developer, Software Developer in Test, or a similar role • BS in Computer Science or equivalent, or analogous work experience • Fluency in software testing methodologies: white box, black box, unit, integration, functional, performance, etc. • Bias toward automation over manual testing • Proven track record automating complex software testing in real-world enterprise environments • Expertise in testing frameworks and mocking frameworks • Production software coding experience • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, or Karate • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps • Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner, is a plus • Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is a plus • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI is a plus • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is a plus • ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus • Experience with compliance such as SOC or HITRUST is a plus • Candidates should be able and willing to travel as needed
