📋 Description

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for analytics capabilities across SaaS products, balancing customer value, business priorities, technical needs, and platform modernization • Translate product strategy, analytics requirements, and customer needs into well-defined epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements • Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, QA, and Product Management to refine requirements, resolve questions, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality releases • Lead backlog refinement and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives • Serve as the day-to-day product decision maker for requirement clarification, scope, prioritization, and delivery trade-offs • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and workflow needs and incorporate feedback into product priorities • Use product data, customer feedback, usage insights, and market trends to evaluate opportunities and prioritize improvements • Support SaaS modernization, product releases, adoption, and go-to-market activities, including coordination with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and other customer-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Analytics Product Owner, or similar product delivery role • Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum development environment • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence products, including tools such as Sigma Computing, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau • Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software products and cross-functional software development teams • Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical and functional requirements for Engineering and Analytics/Data teams • Experience supporting product modernization, platform transformation, or migration from legacy to cloud/SaaS solutions • Experience in finance software environments preferred • Familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI) preferred • Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM) preferred
