📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons • Assess the child’s needs and recommend suitable Kodland programs • Support the family through the enrollment decision • Build rapport and ask targeted questions to understand the child’s background, interests, and goals • Lead a short hands-on activity using prepared materials • Answer questions and guide the family toward an enrollment decision

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English, easily understandable for US parents • A reliable laptop or PC with a working webcam and microphone • Stable internet connection suitable for uninterrupted Zoom video calls • A quiet, professional workspace with your camera turned on • Consistent availability of 20–25 hours per week during prime time (weekday US afternoons/evenings + daytime weekend hours) • Genuine comfort communicating with both children and adults • Background in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching (nice-to-have) • Any prior experience working with children and/or parents (nice-to-have) • Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule independently (nice-to-have)
