📋 Description

• Deliver engaging 1:1 online trial lessons to children • Meet the child and at least one parent on Zoom • Build rapport and understand the child's background, interests, and goals • Lead short hands-on activities using ready-made materials, such as coding, game logic, or digital tasks • Recommend the best-fit Kodland program • Answer questions and address family concerns • Guide families toward a clear enrollment decision • Explain clearly, keep children engaged, listen, and adapt to each family • Show program value and confidently close when appropriate • Attend onboarding, coaching, webinars, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English that US parents can easily follow • Laptop/PC with working webcam and microphone • Stable internet for smooth video calls • Quiet space to work with camera on • Availability for 20–25 hours per week during peak hours • Consistent availability mainly 14:00–21:00 CDT on weekdays and 11:00–18:00 CDT on weekends • Ability to work 5 days per week, with 1 weekday off and 1 weekend day off • Genuine enjoyment of talking with children and parents • Experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching preferred • Experience working with children and/or parents preferred • Comfort managing your own schedule remotely preferred
