📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting) across multiple global entities • Diagnose inefficiencies, drive cross-functional process improvements • Champion a high-performing remote global team of accountants and analysts • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of total accounting experience (CPA or equivalent preferred) • 3+ years of experience directly managing or leading teams • Proven experience managing accounting for multi-entity operations • Advanced Excel skills and deep proficiency with ERP systems • Experience in a lean team within a high-growth business
