📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients • Scope, estimate, plan, and manage client project deliverables and timelines • Drive successful project delivery with consultants and/or project managers • Guide, instruct, direct, and coach team members to ensure timely, high-quality project execution • Build strong client relationships and position Kognitiv as a valuable business partner • Measure, support, and address client satisfaction, including timely escalation mitigation • Communicate escalations to leadership • Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base • Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across Workday Financials • Assist management with consultant performance monitoring, feedback, training and development, retention, and engagement • Contribute to the knowledge management repository through Q&A, documented deliverables, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice posts • Mentor and coach less experienced team members • Meet role-specific KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction scores • Complete tasks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner"

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting or project/program management • Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting • Experience with at least one additional Workday module: Procurement, Suppliers, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Financial Accounting with Advanced Financial Reporting, Customers and Customer Billing, Education and Government, Prism, or BIRT • Ability to engage effectively on multiple parallel projects of varying sizes in supporting and leadership roles • Demonstrated commitment to excellent client satisfaction and strong client focus • Proficiency in project management methodologies, change management principles, tools, and best practices • Experience implementing business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities • High attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and organize work independently to ensure timeliness and quality • Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and goals for self and teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across distributed teams, clients, and time zones • Ability to interact with and influence individuals at all organizational levels, from individual contributors to C-Suite • Ability and desire to manage, develop, and coach global teams in a remote working environment • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change • Ability to meet travel requirements of less than 5% annually • Must have work authorization in the country of application that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
