📋 Description

• Define the thesis for the next generation of Komodo Health’s product suite • Build first versions of at least two new products using AI tools and platform primitives • Run a pod of four or fewer from prototype to general availability without dedicated project management • Ensure products achieve measurable revenue, adoption, or retention impact in customer environments • Retire or fold at least one legacy solution into its successor without customer churn • Study customer workflows and determine what products should exist • Work inside customer environments and scope solutions while contracts are negotiated • Propose and defend the shape of the growing product portfolio • Partner with sales and marketing on product packaging, market analysis, positioning, enablement, and sales • Establish architecture and build patterns for surrounding product pods • Lead as a hands-on individual contributor through product theses and builds rather than direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build the first version of a product; interview evaluation includes showing something built • Low-level product reasoning about AI context and grounding, evals and quality gates, agent behavior, and cost • Comfortable working inside customer environments and contracting cycles • 10+ years in product • At least one product conceived and shipped that earns real revenue today • Excellent written communication • Healthcare or regulated data experience, or ability to become fluent quickly in a comparably complex data domain (nice to have) • Experience with platform transitions (nice to have) • Experience retiring a product without losing customers (nice to have) • Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows (nice to have)
