📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables • Serve as the primary client contact and address project concerns or issues • Monitor project progress and performance • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Stay current with healthcare analytics industry trends and best practices • Incorporate new insights and technologies into service offerings • Deliver complex analytics projects on time and within budget • Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders • Implement process improvements for the Analytics Consulting team • Develop team member skills and capabilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts • Demonstrate thought leadership through presentations, publications, and industry events • Develop expertise in market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, commercial assessments, forecasting, and BD and Licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience • 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field • Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients • Strong project management skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R • Strategic and creative application of AI tools • Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools and workflows • Experience developing or sharing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts • Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments • Regular use of AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot • Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure • Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR • Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
