📋 Description

• Document and complete maintenance, testing, and repair procedures in compliance with applicable code and KONE guidelines • Drive and maintain the documentation production process based upon prioritized demand • Participate in relevant ASME code committees as it relates to Service Operations • Use technology as a reporting tool and collaborate with IT staff to develop evaluation systems • Lead and sponsor change within service operations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive service operations management experience • Technical expertise in service operations and elevator code • Demonstrated success in code related testing and repair procedures • Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification a plus • Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details • Basic Office tool knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects, PPMT, etc) • Ability to write down procedural descriptions with draft pictures using Office Tools • Ability to effectively communicate KONE’s service methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels • Willing to Travel
