📋 Description

• Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent • Map competitor sales organizations and execute targeted headhunting campaigns • Sell Kong’s vision, equity story, and product value to passive candidates • Partner with GTM Leadership to define “What Good Looks Like” for each role, region, and function • Provide hiring managers with market data on salary bands, talent density, and competitor compensation • Challenge hiring managers when necessary as the talent expert • Conduct deep-dive competency interviews assessing candidates’ deal mechanics, process, business, and achievements • Drive a rigorous interview process balancing speed with quality • Educate and mentor recruiters on GTM terminology, objection handling, and closing strategies • Track conversion metrics and optimize the recruiting funnel • Help own hiring strategy for critical roles in the CRO organization and advise GTM leaders

🎯 Requirements

• GTM sourcing experience with a heavy focus on B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales • Fluency in MEDDIC / MEDDPICC methodology • Ability to distinguish between Champions and Coaches and assess candidates’ understanding of these concepts • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly as priorities change • Hunter mentality with creative sourcing methods for finding passive and hidden talent • Data-driven approach to influencing decisions and tracking performance
