📋 Description

• Be the operational backbone for Professional Services programs • Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows • Implement automations and AI solutions • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators • Support core PS administrative operations • Maintain and evolve reporting suite for PS leadership • Partner with Finance and RevOps for alignment • Conduct deep-dive analyses on financial and program performance • Act as the go-to resource for PS systems and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations within enterprise software • A builder’s mindset with system configuration experience • Curiosity and analytical strength with data insights • Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity • Clear communication and collaborative spirit • Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides • Working knowledge of SQL • Complete autonomy with Tableau reporting and SQL (nice to have) • Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N) (nice to have)
