• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the federal government customer • Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction for the program • Lead and direct a team of professionals • Develop, maintain, and execute program plans • Provide administrative oversight and corporate management across all program functions • Monitor and report on program performance metrics • Execute assignments independently while escalating critical issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Lead program reviews, status briefings, and other meetings with government clients • Identify and mitigate program risks • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Ten (10) years of project/program management experience • Minimum of five (5) years involving Federal Government programs • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects • Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight • Active security clearance (Secret or higher) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (desired) • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies within a federal government context (desired)
