• Collect, review, and analyze program data and information to support program leadership in decision-making and reporting. • Provide procurement support, including assisting with acquisition planning, tracking procurement actions, reviewing solicitation documents, and coordinating with contracting personnel. • Support program planning activities, including the development and maintenance of program schedules, milestone tracking, and the preparation of program plans and documentation. • Conduct program cost analysis, including monitoring expenditures, analyzing budget variances, and preparing cost reports and projections for program leadership. • Coordinate logistics activities in support of program operations, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of resources, equipment, or personnel as required by program needs. • Prepare, review, and maintain program documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and track program performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring attention and providing recommendations for corrective action. • Support the development and maintenance of program management tools, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date program information. • Assist in the preparation of program status reviews, executive briefings, and other meetings with government clients and internal leadership. • Coordinate across functional teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to facilitate information flow and ensure alignment on program priorities. • Identify and document program risks and issues, supporting the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans. • Ensure all analytical work products are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with program quality standards.
• Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs. • Demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis. • Active Top Secret Security Clearance • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credential.
