📋 Description

• Serve as the primary authority for test planning, test execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support across the ICAM enablement program. • Ensure that all integration solutions, platform configurations, and application onboarding activities are validated for functionality, security, compliance, and operational readiness. • Develop, implement, and maintain the program Master Test Plan. • Design and maintain an overarching UAT test plan. • Develop application-specific test plans, test cases, and test procedures tailored to each application's unique integration configuration. • Lead and manage the execution of integration testing and system testing activities. • Provide dedicated test support to Application Owners throughout their UAT activities. • Prepare comprehensive Software Test Reports documenting observations, findings, defect logs, resolution status, and overall pass/fail determinations. • Manage the deficiency reporting lifecycle across the program.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years of direct experience in software testing, systems integration testing, or test program management in a federal government IT environment. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures for enterprise software or systems integration programs. • Experience managing or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in a structured federal IT program context, including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and test reporting. • Active Secret clearance. Must be able to satisfy requirements for CAC-card issuance and NIPRNet access, including annual DoD CyberAwareness training and certification.
