📋 Description

• Support system lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, system planning, and technical refresh initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess system needs and support technical solution implementation • Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities • Manage system configurations, baselines, and documentation across the lifecycle • Provide technical support for system operations, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, configuration artifacts, and operational procedures • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on integration and implementation of system components • Support continuous monitoring, compliance, and security requirements • Participate in technical discussions to evaluate solutions and support evolving program requirements • Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment activities • Support U.S.-based federal programs • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment while supporting multiple priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a clearance • Security+ certification required or ability to obtain • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) • 4–7+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, system administration, or related technical roles • Experience working within enterprise IT environments supporting system operations and lifecycle activities • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure • Familiarity with Active Directory and system access management • Experience with web/application servers such as IIS or Tomcat • Experience with databases such as SQL Server or Oracle • Experience with scripting or automation such as PowerShell or Bash • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment • Experience supporting federal or DoD environments preferred • Familiarity with Enterprise Information Management, content management, or data platforms preferred • Experience with system integration, migration, or modernization efforts preferred • Experience with evolving requirements and emerging technologies preferred • Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments such as AWS or Azure preferred
