Kyckr’s services are used by compliance, AML/KYC and onboarding teams to automate business verification, satisfy regulatory audit requirements, and integrate registry data into existing workflows.

📋 Description

• Own discovery, definition and end-to-end delivery of new products and strategic features • Turn customer, market and commercial signals into problem statements, PRDs and scoped releases • Run rapid validation through prototypes, customer conversations and early-access launches • Take features from first release through adoption using real usage data and customer feedback • Help shape Kyckr’s data and products for an AI-first world • Own and prioritise the backlog and roadmap • Manage trade-offs across commercial asks, customer feedback, technical debt and strategic bets • Keep stakeholders informed about shipping status, delays and reasons • Work daily with front-end, back-end and API engineers from refinement through release • Write specifications and acceptance criteria engineers can build from • Participate in sprint planning, refinement and reviews • Quickly unblock the engineering team • Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, research, problem exploration and drafting • Build clickable or working prototypes before engineering implementation • Help the wider team adopt AI-assisted product practices • Speak regularly with customers and prospects and bring evidence-based problems to the team • Work with Sales, Account Management and Marketing on positioning, pricing inputs and go-to-market for new launches • Track competitors and adjacent markets and feed findings into strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B software • Track record of repeatedly shipping new features and products from zero to live • Experience in KYB, KYC, AML, screening, compliance or an adjacent regulated data field within Regtech or Fintech • Experience shipping both front-end and back-end changes, including API-first products • Experience working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs • Experience owning and managing a backlog and roadmap, including prioritisation and saying no • Uses AI tools as a core part of research, prototyping, exploration and problem-solving • Ability to work with complex, ambiguous problems and break them into buildable work • Ability to write product specifications and acceptance criteria • Understanding of APIs, data models and registry integrations • Experience working with customers, prospects, Sales, Account Management and Marketing • Experience with positioning, pricing inputs and go-to-market for new launches • Experience tracking competitors and adjacent markets such as KYB, AML, screening and identity
