📋 Description

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements • Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl’s largest accounts across the C-suite • Lead overall client engagements and deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders • Plan post-deal implementation and support execution in pre- or post-deal transaction environments • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets • Manage margin expectations and backlog growth • Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities • Scope and negotiate engagement fees while ensuring profitability and containing risk • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs as a trusted advisor • Lead C-level client interactions, consulting initiatives, deliverables, and deal-engagement outputs • Enhance client satisfaction, relationship development, and client references • Achieve individual and team utilization targets • Design complex engagements and oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction • Foster personal and professional development, curiosity, innovation, and commercial execution • Shape and drive strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise • Drive external eminence and innovation • Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives • Proven track record leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments • Financial acumen and experience driving revenue growth and managing margins • Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change • Customer-focused approach • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development
