📋 Description

• Bridge design vision and engineering execution through experimentation • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned with human-centered design • Rapidly prototype interactive, testable experiences, including agentic AI-driven interactions • Apply AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces to business challenges • Lead feasibility analysis and ethical review of technology choices • Address agentic AI safety and governance considerations • Translate experience requirements into tool contracts, UI behaviors, and evaluation criteria • Develop innovative solutions using code, hardware, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work • Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset • Cross-disciplinary collaboration between design and engineering • Ability to apply emerging technology applications • Rapid prototyping of low- to high-fidelity digital and physical prototypes • Ability to design human-in-the-loop patterns for approvals, escalation, rollbacks, and exception handling • Feasibility analysis covering technical feasibility, system integration, and implementation pathways • Ability to translate prototypes and technical insights into compelling narratives • Knowledge of AI and data ethics, including responsible agentic AI patterns, tool permissioning, human-in-the-loop controls, and auditability • Ability to define and prototype lightweight API-based agent tools using REST/GraphQL, input/output schemas, error handling, and versioning • Ability to build modern web interfaces such as React/TypeScript integrated with agentic systems • Ability to define agent evaluation criteria and iterate using test prompts, structured cases, and lightweight metrics • 1–3+ years of relevant experience, dependent on level • Preferred experience in a vertical domain such as finance, retail, healthcare, or industrial • Experience in both enterprise and agency environments • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities • Background in behavioral science, change management, or design research • Applied or academic experience with data science, AI/ML, or HCI • Ability to partner with AI engineers working in open-source agent runtimes • Preferred advanced degree or certification in design, HCI, computer science, or related fields
