📋 Description

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework (business, application, data, and infrastructure domains) • Establish architecture standards, reference architecture, and governance processes • Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance across initiatives • Drive simplification, standardization, and technical debt reduction • Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned to business goals • Translate business priorities into actionable architecture and investment plans • Identify emerging technologies and assess their business impact • Lead modernization initiatives (cloud, data platforms, AI, security, etc.) • Partner with executive leadership (CIO, CTO, CISO, business leaders) to shape strategy • Act as a trusted advisor on technology investments and trade-offs • Ensure architecture supports customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency • Evaluate and rationalize technology vendors and platforms • Drive strategic partnerships with key providers (e.g., cloud, security, SaaS) • Avoid vendor sprawl and optimize total cost of ownership • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture team • Define roles, skills, and career paths for architects • Establish federated or centralized EA operating models as appropriate • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in IT, with significant experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategy • Proven leadership experience managing senior architects or cross-functional teams • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise systems • Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
