📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues and outages • Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions, including emergency changes • Execute routine and scheduled network changes in line with change management processes • Participate in change reviews and contribute to continuous service improvement • Support and maintain network architecture design standards and configurations • Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices • Provide technical support for network-related issues to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and service engineers • Document configurations, architecture diagrams, processes, and incident resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in network support within a complex, multi-vendor environment • Hands-on experience with network architecture concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN design, routing and switching, segmentation, redundancy models) • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills • Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security best practices • Experience with change management processes and tools • Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-priority incidents • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
