📋 Description

• Take assigned propositions through the full lifecycle: intake, build, gate reviews, launch, and refresh • Build and quality-check proposition toolkits, including client-facing narrative, qualification guidance, proof points, competitive positioning, and commercial inputs • Orchestrate contributing teams under one brief and keep them aligned to a shared date • Prepare gate reviews and ensure no stage advances without documented sign-off • Run the quarterly refresh cycle and incorporate learning from wins and losses • Monitor the portfolio for overlap, white space, and offers that should be retired • Bring portfolio recommendations to the Executive Portfolio Strategist • Collaborate with narrative, enablement, commercial, and operations teams • Manage modernization propositions covering applications, data, infrastructure, mainframe, cloud, and industry-specific offers • Ensure propositions launch ready and on schedule, toolkits pass the quality bar, and refresh cadence is maintained • Track proposition usage, active selling markets, pipeline, and signings attributed to propositions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in offering or product strategy, product marketing, proposition development, or a consulting role involving building and launching a repeatable offer • Evidence of running a structured lifecycle or stage-gate process and holding people to it without stalling them • Strong written craft and ability to turn a technical capability into a compelling client proposition • Ability to orchestrate senior contributors across functions without formal authority • Comfort working to a date with several propositions live at once • Sufficient technical fluency to hold credible conversations with practice experts • Familiarity with enterprise modernization programs is a strong advantage • Background at a large consulting, professional services, or technology services firm is advantageous • Domain depth in enterprise modernization is advantageous • Experience with commercial and pricing inputs to an offer is advantageous • Experience with competitive positioning and win/loss analysis is advantageous
