📋 Description

• Lead design initiatives across a variety of complex projects • Act as both a hands-on expert and team leader in creative technology • Drive the use of emerging technologies and set prototyping standards • Oversee the end-to-end design process from discovery through user testing • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and mentor teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in roles involving creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation • Expertise in applying human-centered design at a strategic level • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration • Proven innovation experience with a portfolio of projects • Rapid prototyping skills • Ability to design human-in-the-loop patterns • Deep skill in technical feasibility and risk assessment • Excellent storytelling skills • Knowledge in AI and data ethics • Familiarity with tooling standards & governance at scale • Experience integration at scale • Quality validation at scale • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
