📋 Description

• Drive insight generation across our B2B marketing organization • Evaluate business growth through marketing channels • Analyze performance across channels, audiences, and the marketing funnel • Identify areas for marketing investment, optimization, or spend shift • Provide regular insights to channel owners for improved efficiency and ROI • Oversee a team of 1-3 analysts and senior analysts • Collaborate with marketing teams for dashboards, automation, and data-driven decision-making • Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows and quality • Lead analytics projects from start to finish, including attribution systems and segmentation models • Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional portfolio • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI • Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (Marketo, CJA, Atlas, etc.) • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing, B2B funnels, and revenue dynamics • Ability to manage and mentor analytical talent • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
