• Monitor key strategic suppliers to proactively address market changes and identify revenue opportunities • Develop and maintain supplier performance models used to track fulfilment and drive business decision • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders • Establish standardized performance frameworks, KPIs, and methodologies (e.g., QSI, share analysis) • Remain up-to-date on industry trends while evaluating whether industry changes have potential to impact BCD’s business • Leverage existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options • Conduct analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes, evaluating their potential impact on performance and revenue • Support team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews • Assist in deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting • Use supplier, internal, and 3rd-party data to develop interactive reporting that tracks supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates • Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon analytical findings • Utilize supplier and internal data to increase accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals
• Prior experience in the travel industry, focused on air and/or hotel • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and/or SQL • Fluent in business English • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Can connect data to real business decisions and commercial impact • Anticipates trends and drives forward-looking recommendations • Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
