📋 Description

• Leading a team of analysts focused on delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support • Establishing team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned to broader organizational objectives • Ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products • Translating complex business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations • Managing work across multiple stakeholders and initiatives • Communicating proactively and presenting insights clearly to leaders at multiple levels of the organization • Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of analysts • Creating an environment focused on accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth • Providing meaningful feedback, career development support, and performance coaching • Guiding analytical approaches and ensuring appropriate use of data to support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required • Bachelor's Degree in related field – Preferred • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required • 1+ years of direct people leadership experience – Preferred • Experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, or operational teams – Preferred • Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations – Preferred • Experience with Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools – Preferred
