• Lead a team of Analysts focused on driving insights to key business problems through data visualization • Collaborate with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities • Provide thought-partnership to other ROPS teams
🎯 Requirements
• Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts • Experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding • Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and provide proactive communication
