📋 Description

• Lead individualized ABA programs via Telehealth across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field • Active BCBA certification • Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience post-certification • Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, based on client needs and within the time zone of your caseload • Technology: Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable video conferencing capability • Physical Ability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard computer equipment for the duration of the workday
