📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of brand accounts • Keep beauty clients, grow accounts, and run delivery cleanly • Keep teams aligned and improve operational efficiency through systems and technology • Coordinate across Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product • Identify and resolve performance, scope, relationship, and margin issues early • Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs • Translate data into actionable plans and present performance against KPIs including engagement, EMV, sales lift, and affiliate impact • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns • Manage renewal timelines and identify upsell opportunities • Drive Net Revenue Retention and account growth • Forecast performance and optimize campaigns mid-campaign • Apply campaign learnings to future programs • Maintain clean tracking, monitor team capacity, and ensure client feedback is captured • Plan renewals, map expansion opportunities, ensure smooth delivery, and provide trusted forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience at a beauty brand, beauty retailer, or agency focused on beauty clients • 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing • Strong hands-on campaign experience • Fluency in Meta and TikTok • Track record of account growth and retention, with measurable results • Experience measured against revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs • Leadership experience, including running 1:1s, managing workload, and supporting team performance • AI-native: integrating AI tools into day-to-day work • Commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about revenue impact • Ability to work EST hours
