📋 Description

• Manage the application, compliance, and posting/reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions • Analyze, process, and post labor to financial ERPs and payroll applications for assigned groups in accordance with company policy and state and federal laws • Monitor and analyze payroll entries, identify and resolve root causes, engage appropriate parties, and track issues through resolution • Analyze timecard systems for company and legal compliance • Respond to inquiries from employees, payroll, compliance, audit, HR, and outside partners • Participate in special projects • Pull and provide records for audits, compliance, and metrics, ensuring SOX audit controls are followed • Research and analyze data for inquiries, trending, and root cause analysis • Recommend and implement process improvements and ensure consistency and collaboration among team members • Document and maintain processes and procedures to increase efficiency and standardization • Serve as liaison between payroll, HR/benefits, and accounting teams to ensure integration and resolve timecard-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or have completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age • Preferred experience in T&L or payroll • Familiarity with Deltek/Costpoint, PeopleSoft, Oracle OTL, and AutoTime preferred • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information • Understanding of company policies and federal and state laws • Knowledge of time and labor processes, payroll applications, and financial ERPs • Root cause analysis and problem resolution skills • Written and oral communication skills • Training, system testing, time management, and data analysis skills
