• Support the preparation of the Annual Final Incurred Cost Proposal, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals and Disclosure Statement • Facilitate various government audits and reviews with DCAA/DCMA or other government regulatory agencies including audit activities related to: Ledger Scrubs, monitoring Cost Transfers, Final Incurred Cost Proposals, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, Cost Accounting Standards, Business Systems, and Mandatory Annual Audit Requirements (i.e. MAAR 6 & MAAR 13) • Assist with ad hoc requests/analysis and special projects regarding compliance issues as needed • Create and maintain documentation related to audit procedures • Maintain compliance-related training, as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • 2+ years experience interpreting and applying FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) • 3+ years experience with Microsoft office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Experience with PeopleSoft ERP, with ability to create queries • Excellent analytical skills. Attention to detail with the ability to effectively summarize analyses, where appropriate • Strong verbal and written communication skills
