📋 Description

• Work closely with suppliers and buyers to ensure on-time delivery of all purchase orders • Provide administrative and clerical support for supply chain and procurement activities • Maintain files, logs, invoice records, purchase orders, and supply chain documentation • Maintain information in computer systems • Assist with new vendor onboarding and obtain required supplier documents • Review revenue data via Excel to ensure material-delivery reporting accuracy • Assist with setting up NDAs with suppliers • Contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates • Support buyers with RMA requests for returning non-conforming parts to suppliers for rework • Prepare standard requests for quotations and purchase requisitions • Support the Proposal Team with quotes, hours, and administrative tasks • Ensure delivery dates are current and obtainable in the system • Communicate with suppliers to maintain on-time delivery standards • Coordinate part requirements and product needs among Program Management, Program Finance, Engineering, and Material Managers/Planning • Resolve invoice issues to ensure timely supplier payments • Assist with NDA creation • Handle pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery-date revisions, and invoice discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related expeditor experience • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related expeditor experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related expeditor experience • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Costpoint MRP • Previous experience using MRP systems • Power BI
